Transfer Counseling Center (TCC)

The Transfer Counseling Center provides academic counseling and transitional programs and services designed to ensure your transfer to a 4-year university is smooth and seamless.

Those programs and services include: Educational Plans (class planning), assistance with applications to 4-year universities, Transfer Admissions Guarantees (TAGs) with UCs, Admissions Department appointments with Chico State, Cross-Enrollment Program with Chico State, transfer-specific workshops, meetings with 4-year university representatives, IGETC Certification, ADT graduation plans.

"Meet with me, Adilene Zambrano Chavez, in a one-on-one appointment. I'm an admissions counselor at Chico State, and whether you're considering applying or have already applied, I want to answer your questions! I won't be able to help you with course registration at Chico State or course planning at Butte College but we can discuss the CSU application, admission requirements, and next steps for applicants.

We'll meet in the Transfer Counseling Center at Butte College in SAS 110.

Please look for a confirmation email with additional instructions in your personal email or your @csuchico.edu email address if you have already applied to the university.”
